Each day during the lockdown i go out for a walk after lunch, always with my youngest daughter. and usually with my girlfriend. This normally involves my 2 year old walking until she gets a little tired before sitting in the pram and having a snooze. We normally walk to the next village and around some of the more scenic areas before heading back. In totally this is usually anywhere between 5 and 9 km.
I have been training in martial arts classes and going to the gym since i was 16 years old and while these things are on hold, these walks are an important part of my life. If i don’t exercise i feel grumpy and find it hard to focus on anything that requires anything more than a little thought.
